Our locally-sourced wild venison is hung for 7-10 days in a temperature-controlled environment to enable the texture and flavour of the meat to develop to perfection. Then it’s off to our local butcher who expertly prepares and packages it ready for freezing or delivery, whichever comes first!

We deliver within a 20 mile radius of Lions Green, East Sussex, and our delivery terms are as follows:
Within 5 miles: Free of charge
Within 5-10 miles: Free for orders over £50. Orders under £50 will incur a £3.50 delivery fee
Within 10-20 miles: Standard £3.50 delivery fee. Minimum order value of £20
Our standard delivery day is Friday and Saturday (AM). Please let us know if another day is more convenient and we will try to accommodate you.
Our venison is usually delivered vacuum packed and frozen. If stocks are low we may supply fresh to order so, while most of our orders will be delivered within a week, it can occasionally take up to 2 weeks. Feel free to contact us for a delivery estimate prior to ordering.
